Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bint Adam, we want you to love your prayer dress. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that are washed, worn, damaged by the customer, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased during clearance/sale promotions (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+971 50 802 2160) or email (info@bintadam.org) within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If your desired size/color is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, contact our team and we will work with you to make it right.
